General interview guideline ( Tehsildar Interview)

Hello Friends my name is Zain and I am student. Recently I found jobs through NTS for Tehsildar. When I appear in Interview room what I found and how it was conducted here I will guide you detail all situation which I feel in my interview room.

First of all I enter in the interview room, I get permission and one member of interview team offer me to sit on the chair. I got it and they start asking these question.

What kind of Question asked in General Interview?

In common jobs , general interview we mostly face such question and the same experienced I got there.

Dear friends there were 3 member EDO, Chairman of Department and one HR Psychologist. One by one they asked these question.

·         What is your Name.

·         How many member of your family.

·         Introduce yourself.

·         What’s your Father do?

·         What you like to do for being a Tehsildar.

·         What you can do for your country?]

·         What is BOR?

·         Jamabandi ki tareef kreen?

·         What do a naib Tehsildar do?

·         Why we select your for this job.

Dear friend some question really hard to reply but I still not prepared about my personally dressing and some communication skills. Here is another member idea who was member for the same job. When I asked how he was feeling and what was asked form him he replied.

Keep in mind we ware candidate for the same job , His name was ajmal and he was asked these question.

·         What Optional subject you have in B.A.

·         What is definition of Socialism

·         Who was karl marks

·         USA foreign minister name.

·         What is story of Masjid Zarar.

·         What is formula of Proper tax

·         How is prime minister of Pakistan in 2014

Ajmal was not happy with his question answer session. He have same story like me , that he was not prepared well for interview.

Most of us clear the test but do not importance our interview and finally have same result like I do , the same story repeated by ajaml.
