A productive and informative article about Students that How Expelling and Punishment can affect students Education? let see and share your views about this
To extreme primitive
history of man, he was punished and expelled from the heaven but… still man is
to err. But it also teems from the jar of history that a little
demonstration of affection and care altered the brutal human with a loyal,
pious, righteous and God fearing individual.
In educational
institutes, the concept of punishing the students has been varying with the
passage of time. We are here concerned with its consequences. There is a
difference between the above two terms so their causes and impacts are
different. Expelling the student from the classroom or from the institution
depicts the picture of the teacher or the administration hands up. It seems to
enhance and boost student’s morale to commit the same felony. Expelling the
students creates in them a sense to enjoy leisure time, free from any burden of
duty; though short in magnitude it is.
Punishment in has
impacts in contrast. It has various forms i.e. corporal, psychological,
sentimental, logical, withholding the privileges, detentions, yelling and so
on, but the purpose remains…to reset the violated values.
In educational
institutes, a teacher has to deal with twenty to thirty or sometimes more minds
at the same time. Very often he has to tackle with some unpredicted situation
in the classroom. Most of the teachers assume that their students perceive
actually what they are delivering. But assessments consequently show the
contrary results. The teacher teaches the students from basic class not to tell
a lie; but can’t see the results in accordance. In this way the teacher should
never assume the learners perceive whatever he/she teaches.
Teaching is primarily
not conveying information; it is to reshape someone. For reshaping something
requires some tools…in education punishments are one of these tools. If it is
used hardly it will break one’s inner personality. It can cast counterproductive
results instead of reformation.
To sum up, it seems to
be wise to be moderate in punishing students; their ego should be the most
delicate thing in concern while punishing them. The most effective can be
logical punishment; the students should be made clear about their wrong doings
and the norms demoralizing outcomes.
