Dear Mr. Ali
For the last eight years, we have
purchased many electronic products from you. They have been reliable, have worn
well, and have consistently met our standard of excellence. We placed an order
for five sony TV Sets on January 10.
Upon opening cartons, which shows
no signs of damage from the outside, we found that one TV Set was defective.
When I switched it on, its picture skipped so much that I could hardly look at
it. In addition, its volume did not work well.
This is the first time that something seems to have gone wrong. I realize fully that you had no opportunity to check this mechanize.
I am returning this defective TV
set to you, I would appreciate your replacing this with new one in the same
size and color. If this is not possible within ten days , I request a refund
for Rs. 12000/-
