- Provide inspiring and purposeful leadership for the staff and pupils.

- · To monitor, evaluate and review the impact of policies, priorities and targets of the school in practice, and take action if necessary.

- · Develop and maintain effective links with the community including business and industry, to extend the curriculum and enhance teaching and learning.
- · Continue the development of good working relationships with staff, pupils, parents/careers and the community.
- · Continue to develop an organization in which all the staff recognize that they are accountable for the success of the school.
- · Lead in the design and implementation of a curriculum, which inspires and engages all pupils.
- · Build effective relationships with all stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, taking and providing appropriate advice.
