Marton are mostly assigned jobs in Residential Educational institute. Sometime they are in non Residential school also Let see what they really have to do in the school. 

Marton should be the true replica of the mother and should provide a motherly care to the students. She will stay at all the time in the hostel near the students and will directly look after them. Following will be here duties to be answerable to the Principal.

Today we are going to learn about Marton job , his duties list also known as job description. Let see what Marton have to do in a school.

·         She will be supposed to behave as a mother of the students and will do all the duties related to the students mentioned time and on. Following are her major duties and she will be supposed to.

·         Be in the house all the time.

·         Take care of the property of the house.

·         Check the personal hygiene of the students.

·         Check the nail / hair cut of the students.

·         Be present at all the meals to teach them manners and discipline.

·         Look after them uniform and all other cloths of the students.

·         Be responsible to send the students immediately to the doctor in case of any illness.

·         Look after and take care of the ill students and will ensure that the medicine will be administered by her in person.

·          Look after the cleanliness of the house.

·         Directly control the sweepers and monitoring their performance under the supervision of the House master.

·         Directly looking after all the master of the mess like cleanliness of crockery kitchen area, dining area, hygiene of the mess staff, cooking standards, quality of the food items both fresh and dry ration.

·         See the students during their rest / siesta time that they must not indulge in unwanted activities.

·         Take care of the laundry of the students.

·         Check the properly laid down bedding of students during daily and weekly inspections.

·         Maintaining and checking complete uniform of the students daily.

·         Monitoring the proper hygiene of wash / bath room area of the students.

·         Take care the repair / maintenance work of the house by informing the house master and concerned authorities.
