It really a hard job to become a good teacher. Many time your action, your words are more powerful than everything. I believe if you are school teacher you must have to learn communication skills.

I think to be a teacher we need more training. Training for learning some Teaching Strategies that how to become a productive teacher. But most of the school management do not focus these elements.
